Our Message

Dear fellow Rhode Islander,

 Most of us always say nothing will change. But now, you have the tool that can actually make change — by deciding who sits in the State House, in both the Senate and House chambers.

I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of watching our great State continue down the wrong path. Taxes keep climbing. Our rights are chipped away. Businesses struggle just to open their doors. And year after year, the same failed approaches deliver the same disappointing results.

The organizations that were supposed to support business growth in Rhode Island have fallen short. Repeating the same strategies has left us with little to show for it. It’s time for a new direction.

We need leaders who will protect our rights, build a budget that serves all Rhode Islanders — not just special interests — and finally deliver real, lasting change. That won’t happen on its own. It will take a grassroots, town-by-town effort to support strong candidates, regardless of party, who share this vision.

The League of Rhode Island Businesses is committed to making that happen. We are ready to raise significant funds and provide the organizational support candidates need — standing shoulder-to-shoulder with them as part of their campaign teams.

This level of coordinated effort hasn’t been seen here in recent memory. But the time to act is now. Please join us — together we can be the force that finally delivers real change.
